What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th October 2025 Blok Wine Ltd applied to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Block and Vine, 16 Dyer Lane, Beverley HU17 8AE. The proposed variation is ;- 1- To vary the licensable hours (sale of alcohol) on Monday to Thursday and on Sundays to 11:00 – 21:00 and to 11:00 – 22:00 Friday to Saturday. 2- To vary the opening hours on Monday to Thursday and on Sundays to 09:00 – 21:00 and to 09:00 – 22:00 Friday to Saturday. 3- To add ‘off sales’ to the premises licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Beverley HU17 9BA (licensing@eastriding.gov.uk) no later than 12th November 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of East Riding of Yorkshire Council the record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire, Public Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire HU17 9BA between 09:00 and 17:00 – Monday to Thursday, (16:30 on Friday) except public holidays or on the below link http://www2.eastriding.gov.uk/business/licences-and-registrations/public-registers/alcohol-entertainment-and-food/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
