NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th October 2025 Blok Wine Ltd applied to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Block and Vine, 16 Dyer Lane, Beverley HU17 8AE. The proposed variation is ;- 1- To vary the licensable hours (sale of alcohol) on Monday to Thursday and on Sundays to 11:00 – 21:00 and to 11:00 – 22:00 Friday to Saturday. 2- To vary the opening hours on Monday to Thursday and on Sundays to 09:00 – 21:00 and to 09:00 – 22:00 Friday to Saturday. 3- To add ‘off sales’ to the premises licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Beverley HU17 9BA (licensing@eastriding.gov.uk) no later than 12th November 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
