Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that Buzz Holdings Limited in respect of Premises known as Buzz Bingo, 663 - 665 Fishponds Road, Fishponds, Bristol, BS16 3BQ applied to Bristol City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to extend late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0500 the following morning; and to extend Opening Hours Monday to Sunday to 24 hours a day; to remove conditions superseded by other legislation and no longer relevant; all other hours, activities and conditions to remain as existing. Also to approve internal alterations at the premises, such works to take effect upon the completion of works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensing@bristol.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN no later than 18th November 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Bristol City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
