What is proposed?

Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to Nottingham City Council on 21 October 2025 for the new grant of a premises licence at Wingstop 3-6 St Peters Square, Nottingham NG1 2NW for the provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol: Sun-Thurs 10am to midnight; FriSat 10am to 2am (2) late night refreshment Sun-Thurs 11pm to midnight; Fri-Sat 11pm to 2am (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.
The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Tamar Building Eastcroft Depot London Road Nottingham NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm and Monday to Friday by prior appointment or by viewing it at www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing at the above address or by email general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 18 November 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
