What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer PLC to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Barnet to vary the Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, 820-832 Finchley Road, Golders Green, London NW11 6XL.

The application is to vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0700 to 2300 each day; for the 7 days before Christmas Day 0600 to 2300 each day and to remove conditions specifying other "permitted hours" as set out in the application. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Barnet, Licensing Team, 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW or online during normal office hours email licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 5th November 2025 (http://www.barnet.gov.uk/)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
