Application has been made by Marks & Spencer PLC to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Barnet to vary the Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, 820-832 Finchley Road, Golders Green, London NW11 6XL.
The application is to vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0700 to 2300 each day; for the 7 days before Christmas Day 0600 to 2300 each day and to remove conditions specifying other "permitted hours" as set out in the application. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
