What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 An application has been made for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 by: Aadhya Retail Limited for the premises 19 Stone Street, Cranbrook, Kent, TN17 3HF On the date of 14.10.2025. Summary of the proposed licensable activities and the proposed hours of opening: Sale of alcohol (OFF) and trading hours - Every day - 06:00 to 00:00 Any person wishing to view details of an application may contact the Licensing Partnership on 01732 227004, quoting reference number 25/04092/LAPRE. Any person wishing to make representation about the application should make them in writing on or before the 11.11.2025. The Licensing Partnership, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk http://pa.sevenoaks.gov.uk/online-licensing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Unlimited.
