Notice is hereby given that Mr Hardy Tahir has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Millers, 99 & 101 Front Street, Stanley, DH9 0TB for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:-
Provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors only)
Sunday to Thursday 23:00 - 00:00, Friday to Saturday 23:00 - 02:00
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 10th November 2025 and sent to: -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
