Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence
Notice is given that Daly & Bradley Spirits Ltd has applied to Thurrock Council for a premises licence at: Manorway House, The Manorway, Stanford Le Hope, SS17 9LA. In order that the following licensable activities can take place: To allow for Off sales of alcohol 7 days a week from Midnight to Midnight via the internet. *Note collection for delivery will only operate from the premises between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
The licence register listing details of the application is held at: The Licensing Service, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 5DX. Details are also available on-line at: www.thurrock.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the: 4th November 2025. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
