What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by CM Restaurant Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Richmond Council to vary the Premises Licence for KFC, 21-23 Kew Road, Richmond, TW9 2NQ.

The application includes the following terms:

  1. To extend the terminal hour for the provision of late night refreshment on Friday evenings from midnight to 01:00 hrs.

    Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 5th November 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to:

    Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils)

    Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.

Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.richmond.gov.uk

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
