NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that (a) Buggsi Supermarket Limited of (b) 86 Bramley Road, London, W10 6UG has applied to the Royal Borough of Kensington and
Chelsea for the GRANT of (c)Application for the grant of a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Monday to Sunday 07:00 AM to 23:00PM for the premises (d) Nisa Local situated at (e) 177 Kensal Road, London, W10 5BJ. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing or in person at The Town Hall, Horton Street, London, W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

Any person wishing to submit representations to our application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by (f)11/11/2025.

The council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass in the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the
prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a provision statement, please not that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
