S17 LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Name of Applicant: Oaksey Park Golf & Leisure Limited

Postal address of premises: Oaksey Park & Leisure, Lowfield Farm Oaksey, MALMESBURY Wiltshire SN16 9SB

The application, if granted, is to enable the following licensable activities on the Premises Licence:

• Films, Live & Recorded Music and Performances of Dance (and anything similar): 08:00 to 00:00hrs DAILY.

• Late Night Refreshment: Sun to Thu 23:00 to 00:30hrs and Fri & Sat 23:00 to 02:30hrs.

• On & Off sale of Alcohol: Sun to Thu 08:00 to 00:00hrs and Fri & Sat 08:00 to 02:00hrs.

• For pre-booked functions/events taking place either indoors or outdoors: 08:00 to 02:00hrs.

• Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend: 08:00 to 02:00hrs.

• Between 24th to 30th Dec inclusive: 08:00 to 02:00hrs.

• 31st Dec to 1st Jan inclusive: 08:00 to 23:59hrs.

End of Consultation: 4th November 2025
