NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
We The Vanilla Co Ltd give notice that We have applied to North East Derbyshire District Council as Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of The Vanilla Co, 75 High Street, Clay Cross, Chesterfield, S45 9DZ.
The application is for the Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 12:00 – 23:00 New Year’s Eve 12:00 – 01:00, Films Monday to Sunday 17:00 – 23:00.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or email

not later than 6th November 2025.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Section on 01246 217884/217885.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
