What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 20003

TAKE NOTE that an application for a New Premises
Licence has been made to Bedford Borough Council by
Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd in respect of premises to be
known as: Bedford Park Event Site, Park Avenue, Bedford
MK41 7SS. The proposed licensable activities to be carried
on at the premises are: Regulated entertainment in the form
of plays; film exhibitions; live and recorded music; dance
performance and activities of a similar description to
live/recorded music and dance performance and the sale
and supply of alcohol, all from 16.00 to 23.00 on Monday
to Friday and 13.00 to 23.00 on Saturday and Sunday. The
two existing premises licences operated by the Applicant
(BBC/PNEW/368/16 and BBC/PNEW/494/20) will be
surrendered if the new licence application is granted in the
terms applied for. ANY PERSON wishing to make any
representation to the application should write to the
Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council, Borough
Hall, Caudwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP or by email to

licensing@bedford.gov.uk

specifying the grounds of
representations. Interested parties or responsible authorities
may make written representations, these should be sent to
the Licensing Authority starting on the day after the day on
which the application was given to the Council. Date of
application submitted to the Council: 16 October 2025.

connection with this application. Any person making a
false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a
fine of any amount.
