APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Milton Keynes Theatre Limited
has applied in respect of Milton Keynes Theatre, 500
Marlborough Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 3NZ for an
application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing
Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to
vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance
with the submitted plans to reflect changes that have been
carried out at the theatre. To remove the existing conditions
on the premises licence and replace with a new suite of
conditions, as set out in this application. A full list of these
conditions can be viewed upon request from Milton Keynes
Council Licensing Authority. All operating times and
licensable activities authorised by the existing Premises
Licence to remain unaltered. The register of applications
may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team,
Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East,
Central Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ during normal office
hours. Any person wishing to make representations on
this application may do so in writing to the Licensing
Authority at the above address, or by email to
licensing@milton-keynes.gov.uk
no later than the end of
12th November 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
