APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited
has applied in respect of Crooked Billet, 2 West Brook End,
Newton Longville, Milton Keynes, MK17 0DF for an
application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing
Act 2003 to permit the following: To change the layout and
design of the premises in accordance with the submitted
plan, drawing number 21A. The changes are to licence the
external area for the sale of alcohol. To add the hours set
out in current annex 2, conditions 5 & 6 to the non-standard
timings of the licence. To remove all current annex 2
conditions and replace with an up to date schedule of
conditions to address the licensing objectives. Please refer
to the application for the plans and full application with
details of conditions. Full details of this application and the
proposed activities may be viewed during normal office
hours at the Council Offices of Buckinghamshire
Council, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA or at the

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
