NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PROVISIONAL STATEMENT
Notice is hereby given that Adelina Zogjani/FUSION MK LTD has applied to MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of PEARTREE BRIGDGE SERVICE STATION,MILTON EYNES, MK6 3BX, and intends to carry out the following licensable activities; Hot meals, Sale of alcohol and live or recorded music. Between the hours 8:00 – 23:00 Monday to Sunday
The licence application may be inspected at the Regulatory Services, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, during normal office hours. Any representation by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 15th November 2025
It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction of a fine of any amount.
