PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has
applied in respect of Hest Bank Hotel 2 Hest Bank Lane
Hest Bank Lancaster LA2 6DN for an application to vary
the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit
the following: This is an application to vary the layout and
design of the premises in accordance with the submitted
plan (drawing no 18123-502). The changes reflect
permitting use of the outside area highlighted on the
submitted plan for licensable activities within a temporary
marquee for functions such as weddings and other similar
pre-booked functions. To also add further conditions in
which to further promote the operating schedule in relation
to the operation of the external area. A full list of these
conditions can be viewed within the full application held
by Lancaster City Council and available on request. All
other operating hours, licensable activities and conditions
authorised by the premises licence are to remain unchanged.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
