What is proposed?

Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Voodoo Doll Limited in respect
of premises known as MOJO, Unit 3, Holly Street,
Sheffield, S1 2GT, applied to Sheffield City Council for a
Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is
to extend the permitted hours for regulated entertainment
(to include films, indoor sporting events, live music,
recorded music and performances of dance) and the sale of
alcohol on and off the premises on a Friday and Saturday
only from the current hours of 08:00 to 04:00 the following
morning to the proposed hours of 08:00 to 05:00 the
following morning. To extend Late Night Refreshment on
a Friday and Saturday only from the current hours of 23:00
to 04:00 the following morning to the proposed hours of
23:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The opening hours
of the premises on a Friday and Saturday will be 08:00 to
05:30 the following morning. All other hours to remain
unchanged. Any representations by an interested party or
responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by the Licensing
Team, Sheffield City Council, Block C, Staniforth
Road Depot, Sheffield, S9 3HD or by email to

licensingservice@sheffield.gov.uk,

no later than 10
November 2025 stating the grounds for objection. The
register of Sheffield City Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, or on the
council's website –

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
