LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

What is proposed?

Mr K Chandramohan has applied to Gateshead Council for a new premises licence at 10 Fewster Square, Gateshead NE10 8XQ to sell alcohol (consumption off the premises) 0700-2300 hrs daily. Any person may make written representations regarding this application to Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH by 17/11/25
The Application Record and Register may be viewed by emailing licensing@gateshead.gov.uk or by phone 01914 333918. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
