What is proposed?

Mr A Andom has applied for a new premises licence at 16 Manchester Road, Heywood OL10 2AH to allow alcohol sales (consumption off the premises) 6am -11pm daily. Any person may make representations, in writing, about this application to Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale OL16 1XU by 17/11/25. The application can be viewed at the Licensing Unit (at the above address) Mon-Fri 9-11am or 2-4pm. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary conviction, for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
