What is proposed?

I/WE: Rana’s Culinary Delights Ltd. Have Applied to: Leicester City Council for a New Premises
Licence for: Rana’s Culinary, 120 Belgrave Gate, Leicester City, LE1 3GR Licensable activities and
accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On- and Off-Premises consumption: MonSun (11:00-22:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application
must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 17th November 2025 stating the grounds for
making said representation to: Licensing Officer, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ OR
email: licensing@leicester.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above
offices or online on www.leicester.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003,
for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
