LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
What is proposed?
PREMISES One Eleven Café, 109-111 High Street, Gosforth, Newcastle NE3 1HA. Notice is given that Joseph Daniel Brack applied to Newcastle City Council on 16th October 2025 to vary a Premises Licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: -
1. To permit supply of alcohol (on and off sales) from 10:00 to 23:00 hours daily.
2. To permit films and recorded music from 07:00 to 23:00 hours daily.
3. To permit late night refreshment from 23:00 to 23:30 hours daily.
4. To permit seasonal variations as set out in the application.
5. To remove all conditions under Annex 2 and replace with the schedule of conditions submitted with the application.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 14th November 2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
