NOTICE OF APPLICATION A PREMISES LICENCE

Cacciari’s Islington, 140A Upper Street, N1 1QY.

Notice is hereby given that Top Food Five Ltd has applied to London Borough of Islington for the grant of a premises licence to allow the use the premises as Restaurant/Takeaway. The proposed licensable activities and times are: Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 23:00.

or online at www.islington.gov.uk

no later than 11/10/2025. The register of applications can be viewed online by visiting www.islington.gov.uk 

Members of the public who do not have access to the internet can view the application at the above address. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
