Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Pinsa Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the following premises: IM Coffee - Istituto Marangoni, 30 Fashion Street, London, E1 6PX. The application is to authorise the sale of alcohol (on sales only) from 10:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday, and to allow the premises to open to the public from 08:00 to 23:30.

Anyone wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to: The Licensing Section, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ or by email at: licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 4th November 2025. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
