Notice is hereby given that I, Mr James Edward McDonald, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as K2/ TIME 7 - 9 FRONT STREET CONSETT DH8 5AF for a Variation of a Premises Licence to extend the hours for the following licensable activities: Plays and Films 10:00 - 03:30 Monday to Sunday, Indoor Sports 23:00 - 03:30 Monday to Sunday, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Provision of anything of a similar description 10:00 - 03:30 Monday to Sunday, Late Night Refreshment 23:00 - 03:30 Monday to Sunday All activities are Indoors. Sale of Alcohol 10:00 - 03:00 Monday to Sunday On Sales Only.

The full application can be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 30th October 2025 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
