APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Brent for a Premises Licence for Popeyes 462-466 High Road, Wembley, HA9 7AY to provide for late night refreshment on and off daily 11pm until 4am.

Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives:

• the prevention of public nuisance, and
• the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
