What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence New

I, Jodie Wilde, hereby give notice that I have applied on 8 October 2025 to Winchester City Council as

the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence New for the premises known as Hampshire Flower Barn, The Mitre Building, Botley Road, Bishops Waltham, SO32 1DR.

The purpose of the application is to provide licensable activities as detailed below:-

Supply of Alcohol* Monday to Sunday 0800 to 1900

*for consumption off the premises This is a small flower shop wishing to add alcohol to website orders as an upsell item. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 5 November 2025; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale. A Register of Applications can be inspected at the City Offices and details are also available at www.winchester.gov.uk/licensing.
