APPLICATION FOR A NEW LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that we, Iconic Event Solutions Ltd have applied on 8th October 2025 to North Somerset Council in respect of the premises known as Weston Super Mare Beach (part of) and Parade gardens (part of) for a PREMISES LICENCE to provide the following licensable activities: FILMS, PLAYS, LIVE MUSIC, RECORDED MUSIC, DANCING , ANYTHING SIMILAR TO THE ABOVE, SALE OF ALCOHOL (CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES),(between the hours of 11:00 &23:00 for one Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday a year). It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
