NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a VARIATION of a Premises Licence has been made by Mohamed Camara
to Wolverhampton City Council in respect of premises known as
Chill Wine Bar Ltd which are situated at:
4-6 High Street, Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV6 8QT
The application to vary is as follows:
1. To extend the licensable area
2. To extend the licensable timings by 30 minutes
Sale/supply of alcohol on the premises and Late Night Refreshments (Indoors)
Monday to Sunday 00:30 to 01:00
Live Music and Recorded Music (indoors)
Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:30
3. To amend and remove existing licence conditions
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to:
Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA by 14 November 2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
