The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence for the above premises as follows: To extend the sale of alcohol to between the hours of 0900 and 2400 daily for consumption on & off the premises. Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 6 November 2025. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above or by email to licensing@ipswich.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
