LICENSING ACT 2003: New Grant of Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited
applied to Leicester City Council on 14 October 2025 for
the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises
known as Wingstop, Unit R21, High Cross Shopping
Centre, 14 Bath House Lane, Leicester, LE1 4SA for the
provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol: Mon-Sun 10:00 to
02.00 (2) late night refreshment: Mon-Sun 23:00 to 02.00
(3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the
application papers.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the
minor variation, should send to Licensing Authority
Leicester City Council City Hall, 115 Charles Street
Leicester LE1 1FZ or email licensing@leicester.gov.uk no
later than 11 November 2025 a written statement of the
grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed on
the council’s web site at www.leicester.gov.uk or at the
above council office during normal office hours subject to
an appointment being made.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application, the maximum
penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction
is an unlimited fine.
