What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE We ALE HOUSE GROUP (LINCOLN) LIMITED do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at Yarm Road, Stockton-On-Tees, TS18 3RT and known as Preston Farm. The application is to permit the following licensable activities: 1.Name change to "The Red Anchor". 2.Extending opening time to 08:00 - 00:30 and until 01:30 on Fridays and Saturdays. 3.Extended sale of alcohol times to 09:00 - 00:00 and until 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 11th November 2025 and sent to: The Licensing Service Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council Dunedin House Columbia Drive Thornaby Stockton-on-Tees TS17 6BJ The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9am to 4pm or on the website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
