APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Butt Kebabs Limited have applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for GKH Grill & Kebab House 22 Market St, Bury BL9 0AJ to allow the Provision of Late-Night Refreshment between the following hours: Mon to Thu 2300 – 2400; Fri & Sat 2300 – 0200 and Sun 2300 – 2400. Public Holidays 2300 – 0200. Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: 5th November 2025 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk . The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon – Fri or by going to the councils licensing register at https://licensing.bury.gov.uk/PAforLalpacLIVE/1/WcaHome

IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
