What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Variation of Premises Licence Notice is hereby given that Rajesh Gokani and Bipin Gokani have applied to North West Leicestershire District Council for a variation of premises licence in respect of Kegworth Service Station, 70 Derby Road, Kegworth, DE74 2EN. The nature of the application is to vary timings for sale of alcohol everyday from 06:00 until 23:00 hours. Full details of the application can be viewed at the NWLDC, Customer Services Centre, Belvoir Road, Coalville, LE67 3PD. or at www.nwleics.gov.uk. Any person who wishes to make any representations regarding this application should submit their comments in writing to the above address no later than 13 November 2025. Please note it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
