Notice of an Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence (Licensing Act 2003)
Notice is hereby given that Woodchurch Wine Estate has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the VARIATION of PREMISES LICENCE for a change in licensing hours. The proposed new licensing hours for the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises are 10.00 – 22.30 Monday to Sunday. A register of licensing applications can be viewed at the Licensing Section, Ashford Borough Council, International House, Dover Place, Ashford. TN23 1HU (01233 331111) by appointment.
Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, or by email to licensing@ashford.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by:

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER, PUBLIC SAFETY, THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE AND THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM.
