Notice of Application for Grant of Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

CF RESTAURANT LTD applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 10th October 2025 for a licence to use the premises at Amici restaurant on 105/107 East parade Keighley, BD21 5HU for Retail by Sale of Alcohol on Premise Monday to Saturday 17:00-00:00hrs and Sunday 12:00-00:00hrs, Playing of Recorded Music Monday to Saturday - 10:00-00:00hrs and Sunday 12:00-00:00hrs, Late Night Refreshment Indoors Monday to Saturday 23:00-00:30 and Sunday 23:00-23:30hrs. Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot Shearbridge Road Bradford BD7 1PU by 7th November 2025. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
