What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Somerset Council for the variation of a premises licence under the above Act.

Applicant: Avalon Inv Ltd

Address of premises: Phoenix Studios, Cornhill, Ilminster, Somerset TA19 0AD

Proposed licensable activities: extend the opening times and update to the plan.

Any person wishing to make a representation do so in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection, within 28 days of the date of this notice. Representations can be emailed to licensing.south@somerset.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary of conviction, is a level 5 on the standard scale.
