Proposed licensable activities:
Extension to the current alcohol and entertainment licence;- from11am until 5pm each day. Any person wishing to make a representation do so in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection, within 28 days of the date of this notice. Representations can be emailed to licensing.south@somerset.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary of conviction, is a level 5 on the standard scale.
