Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Five Guys JV Ltd has applied to Stoke on Trent City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Five Guys, Unit 5c Festival Retail Park, Ridgehouse Drive, Hanley,
Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 5SJ.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

- Regulated Entertainment in the form of Films (Indoors) & Recorded Music (Indoors and Outdoors) from 08:00 until 02:00 Monday to Sunday.

- Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 02:00 Monday to Sunday.

- Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) from 08:00 until 02:00 Monday to Sunday.

- Opening Hours from 08:00 until 02:30 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Services, C/O The Weighbridge Lodge, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 6QN or via email to
hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk no later than 10th November 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Stoke on Trent City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.stoke.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
