Licensing Act 2003 (Section 17) Premises Licence Application
Notice is hereby given, that an application was made to Leicester City Council for a Premises licence under the above Act.
Applicant(s) Name: Parimal Sajanbhai Odedara. Address of Premises: 52a Nottingham Road, Leicester, LE5 4GH.
Proposed Licensable Activities: Sale of Alcohol (OFF the premises).
Proposed Days and Hours: Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 23:00.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature of such representations before 04 /11/2025 to the Licensing Officer, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1F. Further

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
