What is proposed?

Notice of application on 16 October 2025 to King’s Lynn & West Norfolk Council for a Premises
Licence by Shell UK Oil Products Limited for Shell Wisbech, A47 Walton Highway, Wisbech,
Norfolk, PE14 7BF for: sale of alcohol (consumption off the premises) 24 hours per day, seven
days per week; and Provision of Late-Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 hours
each day. Representations can be sent by email EHLicensing@west-norfolk.gov.uk or posted to The
Licensing Team, Legal Services and Licensing, Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk,
King’s Court, Chapel Street, King’s Lynn, PE30 1EX. Representations must be made no later than 13
November 2025. The application can be viewed at the above address by appointment (tel. 01553
616200) quoting 25/01272/LA_PRE. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
