PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003
What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made
to the Licensing Authority of North East Lincolnshire
Council for the grant of a premises licence under the
licensing act 2003 by Melissa Taylor (designated premises
supervisor) in respect of the premises known as The Nags
Head, 2 Caistor Road, Laceby, Grimsby, DN37 7HX.
The application is to permit the following licensable
activities:
• Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
• Provision of live and recorded music (indoors only)
• Provision of late-night refreshment (indoors)
Proposed hours for the sale of alcohol:
Monday-Thursday: 11:00-00:00
Friday-Saturday: 11:00-01:00
Sunday: 12:00-01:00
Opening hours of premises:
Monday-Thursday: 11:00-23:30
Friday-Saturday: 11:00-00:30
Sunday: 12:00-23:00
Seasonal variations:
Extended hours on Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New
Year's Eve until 01:00.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this
application must do so in writing to:

Representations must be received no later than 14
November 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application, and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction is unlimited.
