ROAD, JESMOND, NE2 2AP,
Notice is given that- 88 OSBORNE LIMITED applied to
Newcastle City Council on 9/10/2025 for a Premises
Licence for the above premises for the following licensable
activities:-
SALE OF ALCOHOL BY RETAIN
PROVISION OF LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENTS
MONDAY- SATURDAY 10:00 - 00:00
SUNDAY 10:00 - 23:30
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to:- NEWCASTLE
CITY COUNCIL Licensing Authority, Newcastle City
Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre,
Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH.
Representations must be received by 6/11/2025.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed
during normal office hours at the above address or at www.
newcastle.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application and the maximum fine
for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale.
