What is proposed?

HUAZHONG DAI is applying for the GRANT
of a Premises Licensing at E101-E106, The
Arcadian , Hurst Street, Birmingham, B5 4TD.
If GRANTED, the application will allow: Sale of Alcohol
and Arcade Monday - Sunday 12:00pm - 04:00am.
Further information concerning the application can be
viewed by accessing the Licensing Act 2003. Electronic
public register at: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing.
Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do
so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.
gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing
Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham,
B2 2HJ.
Representations must be made in writing within 28 days
from the date of this notice, i.e by midnight on 10/11/2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to make a false statement in, or in connection with
this application. Those who make a false statement may
be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
