NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

What is proposed?

Applicant: MB Games Limited
Premises: 32-34 Princess Way, Swansea, SA1 5HE
Application proposes the following:
1.To permit the sale of alcohol from 10.00 to
21.30hrs Sunday to Thursday and from 10.00
to 22.30hrs from Friday to Saturday.
The Licensing Register can be inspected during normal
business hours at the address noted below. Any
representation by an interested party or responsible
authority regarding this application can be made to
the City and County of Swansea Licensing Section,
Environment Department Civic Centre, Oystermouth
Road, Swansea, SA1 3SN www.swansea.gov.
uk This must be received in writing by the 12th of
November 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which
representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.00.
