What is proposed?

Premises – Mr. Reddy Stores UK Ltd, 561 Welbeck Road,
Newcastle upon Tyne, NE6 3AA
Notice is given that Anveshitha Bhimereddy applied to
Newcastle City Council on 06/10/2025 for a Premises
Licence for the above premises for the following licensable
activities:-
Sale of alcohol [off sales]
Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 23:00
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing
Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and
Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH.
Representations must be received by 03/11/2025.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during
normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.
newcastle.gov.uk
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003,
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000).
