LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Luma528 Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council for a variation of the premises licence for the premises known as: 26 Bar, 26 Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JQ.
The proposed variation is to extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment (including both recorded and live music), late night refreshment, and the opening hours of the premises from 02:00 to 04:00 on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, while retaining the existing licensed hours on all other days of the week.
Any person or responsible authority may make representations in writing to: Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, M2 5DB or by email to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk

Representations must be made no later than 6 November 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
