What is proposed?
We Pocketful of Stones Distillers give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises License in respect of
13 Causeway Head, Penzance, TR18 2SN
Proposed Variation: To increase the terminal hour of the premises on Friday and Saturday for:-
Recorded Music currently 2300 variation until 0200 Sale of alcohol on and off currently 0100 variation until 0200
To include Live Music and Films Friday and Saturday between 2300 - 0200
To increase the opening times of the premises on a Friday and Saturday currently 1100 - 0100 variation 1100 - 0215
All other licensable activities and licensing objectives to remain the same.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX, or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 4 November 2025
