APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE TO BE GRANTED UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT an application has been made to Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council for a NEW PREMISES LICENCE by
Halo Leisure Services Ltd
In respect of the premises shown below:
Canolfan Cafe, Cyfarthfa Park, Brecon Road, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8RE.
Details of the application are for the provision of the following:
Supply of alcohol ON the premises only / Opening Hours Friday to Sunday - 1800 to 2230 hours
Seasonal Variations Monday to Sunday during December - 1800 to 2230 hours
Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9.30a.m and 4.00p.m from Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of the Licensing Section, Merthyr Tydfil C.B.C, Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8AN.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address by the 4th November 2025
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
