What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE TO BE GRANTED UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 -

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT an application has been made to Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council for a NEW PREMISES LICENCE by Klaudia Weronika Stelmach In respect of the premises shown below

9 Park Place, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 0LJ.

Details of the application are for the provision of the following:

Supply of alcohol OFF the premises only Monday to Sunday - 0800 to 2300 hours

Opening Hours Monday to Sunday - 0500 to 2300 hours

Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9.30a.m and 4.00p.m from Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of the Licensing Section, Merthyr Tydfil C.B.C, Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8AN.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address by the 7th November 2025

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
