What is proposed?
Take Notice that IGNITE PADEL CHESHIRE OAKS
LIMITED has applied for a grant of a Premises Licence for
Unit 2, Cheshire Oaks, Deans Road, Ellesmere Port,
Cheshire CH65 4DR for the following: The retail sale of
alcohol on/off the premises (until 24:00 hours). The
premises will be open from 06:00 until 00:30 hours the
following day every day of the week.
You can view a record of the application and make a
representation on it at liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations,
alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an
appointment to view the application. Representation can also
be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and
Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3
1AH. Representations must be received in writing no later
than the 11/11/2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
